Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain secure key and confidential guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak check-in periods
- Valid Colorado hospitality alcohol service certification
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Denver tourism landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent required
