Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service protocols
- Assist with valet services and concierge requests as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred (for valet duties)
- Basic knowledge of Columbus attractions and local transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
