Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Maintain detailed shift reports and daily logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Chicago tourism attractions
- Valid driver's license preferred
