As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. We pride ourselves on our premium service standards and want someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Operations Management: Handle all front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, managing reservations, and processing payments accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Security & Safety: Monitor access to the property and adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technology: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
