Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all data entry and billing.
- Handle all incoming inquiries, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor hotel security systems and fire safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Process payments and resolve any discrepancies or guest complaints immediately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer support is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
