As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are seamless. You will manage reservations, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues with a smile. We offer a flexible schedule perfect for students or those looking to supplement their income while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Central Florida.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Reservation Management: Manage the reservation system accurately, including handling changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Front Office Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common areas to uphold our premium brand standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, manage guest folios, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
