Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
