Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with accuracy and politeness.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture (up to 25 lbs).
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
