Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize property management software (Opera, Cloudbeds) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
