Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings as requested
- Address guest inquiries with prompt, professional solutions
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and account information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Denver attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
