- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and courteously.
- Guest Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering questions about local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Check-Out Process: Manage guest check-outs, process payments accurately, and ensure all paperwork is complete.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access, issue key cards, and ensure the lobby and common areas remain clean and organized.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records and daily logs in the property management system.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A genuine desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Professional Appearance: Must present a neat, professional, and friendly appearance at all times.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and property management software is a plus (training provided).
