Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through upselling techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/nights/weekends)
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
