Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, answering any initial inquiries and providing directions.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally using a multi-line phone system.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages for guests and staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
