Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Operations: Manage the front desk console, including key card issuance, registration cards, and room assignments.
- Administrative: Process payments, maintain accurate daily logs, and assist with lobby organization and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
