Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized check-in and check-out services for all guests.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments efficiently using our PMS software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict cash handling procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of daily housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and property management software (training provided).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a significant plus.
