Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and order at all times.
- Assist with mail, package handling, and concierge services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
