Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain the lobby directory, visitor logs, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
