Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a professional tone, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Operations: Manage the front desk switchboard, process payments accurately, and maintain the lobby area.
- Support: Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and answering guest questions regarding local attractions.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: No experience required; a friendly attitude is all we ask.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Computer: Basic computer literacy is preferred, but full training will be provided on our property management system.
