Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and clients entering our facility.
- Reception Management: Answer incoming calls, screen and route messages, and manage the front desk switchboard.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, courier services, and basic data entry tasks.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and resolving general issues promptly.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, lobby, and common spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Booking Coordination: Support the reservation team by managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and POS systems (training provided).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs when necessary.
