Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and room keys while ensuring accuracy.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment, ensuring all common areas are tidy.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and concierge services.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or guest services experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard office software.
- Availability: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
