Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all guest records.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Process payments, manage room keys, and distribute information regarding hotel amenities.
- Assist guests with special requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management software (e.g., Opera, Simple Systems).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must present a professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
