Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment information.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Manage reservations and update the property management system accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
