Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including verifying identity and collecting payment.
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor security cameras and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with lobby maintenance and ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a related hospitality role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
