Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling duties in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Provide recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
