Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, room assignments, and concierge assistance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records using property management systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak and off-peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (for valet driving when assigned)
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
