Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservations management
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) for room status and guest data management
- Assist with valet services and lobby concierge duties as needed
- Participate in daily shift briefings and monthly team training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license for valet parking duties
