Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences while managing reservations efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium amenities
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and organized guest files
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid Texas driver's license (if valet duties required)
