Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with VIP guest services and special event coordination
- Uphold resort brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel/customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/French) highly desirable
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
