Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using our service recovery protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Execute upselling techniques for premium rooms and resort amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency highly valued
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
