Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Upsell room upgrades, dining packages, and local attractions
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel amenities and Colorado Springs attractions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Multi-lingual abilities a plus (Spanish/English)
