Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market resort amenities and services to guests
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera/Micros)
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends
- Basic computer literacy
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
- Valid Florida driver's license
