Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and public areas to ensure a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, including coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to hotel policies.
- Stay informed about daily events and promotions to effectively sell hotel services.
- Support the front desk team during peak hours and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight when assisting with luggage.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
