Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily bank deposits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
