As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for travelers from around the globe.
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards.
- Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reservation software.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
