Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest assistance with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and inquiries via phone/digital platforms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Denver tourism attractions
- Valid Colorado Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
