Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
