Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our property management system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless room readiness
- Upsell premium amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak periods and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn property systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with passion for New Orleans culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
