Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in the coordination of daily hotel operations, including concierge services and lobby management.
- Ensure the pristine cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and event spaces.
- Process guest inquiries and requests efficiently, resolving issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, culinary, and front-desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and provide immediate feedback to management to enhance service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on tone, clarity, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and POS systems is a plus.
