Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding dining, transportation, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
