Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management for housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems is a plus.
