Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes using our modern property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding amenities, directions, and local recommendations.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks and special requests.
- Stock and organize the lobby and supply areas to ensure readiness for daily operations.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
