Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with patience and a problem-solving mindset to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Assist in front desk operations, including check-outs, processing payments, and managing reservations accurately.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and desk stations to meet our high aesthetic standards.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations and assist guests with transportation and dining arrangements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual (Spanish) is a significant advantage.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude are essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight when assisting with luggage.
