Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Assist with guest room assignments, key management, and reservation coordination
- Handle billing transactions and maintain accurate payment records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Operate hotel management systems and basic office equipment

Qualifications
