Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software systems
- Prepare and maintain clean guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and guest dining services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and seasonal demands
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system experience
