Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room inspections
- Operate POS systems for food and beverage services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
