Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage night audit procedures and resolve guest inquiries during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols across all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license (if driving shuttle services)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
