Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm check-ins, check-outs, and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations and front desk operations using our proprietary hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and guest preferences
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
- Assist with event setup and guest services for on-site conferences and weddings
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide full paid training
