Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain immaculate property standards through regular room inspections and common area upkeep
- Process payments, manage reservations, and operate property management systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Respond to guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
