Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing systems with precision
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using our 5-star service protocol
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Execute event setup and breakdown for meetings, weddings, and special functions
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through guest feedback analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, RoomLogic) and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Valid Virginia driver's license (required for property errands)
