Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests at check-in, check-out, and during their stay
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and room assignments
- Assist with guest requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct property tours and provide information about local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
